I love my wife!  I know!!!!! I am supposed to love her!, she is after all my wife and God  tells me to love her.  But the great part is that I like and enjoy loving her!  She is not only my wife but she is my friend.

Today is her birthday and she is #$*^&$#@ years old!  Although she can’t see that well, she is absolutely beautiful.  God has blessed me with a wife that is my best friend and she is absolutely hilarious!

I met Jill at a youth camp in the middle of a water gun fight.  She recruited me to help defend the entire camp against the guys with the big water cannons!  I came to her rescue like “John Wayne” with my two little water pistols.  I was no match for the cannons and I was blasted and turned to see my partner and comrade and she was gone!  She sold me out!  I have loved her ever since.

  • I love that she unashamedly loves God with all her heart!
  • I love that she is committed to Jesus’ bride, the local church!
  • I love that she was willing to take a risk with me and plant a church!
  • I love that she is the greatest mom in the world and does such a wonderful job of training our children in righteousness!  (it is taking them a while to get it, but that is not her fault)
  • I love that she laughs with me and at me everyday.  The main thing is that our home is filled with laughter everyday.
  • I love that she is a prayer warrior and supporter for her favorite pastor…………and me as well.
  • I love that she puts up with me, my crazy dreams and unpredictable spending habits.
  • I love her because she makes life fun!

She is truly a Proverbs 31 woman.  (Read it if you are not sure what that means.)
