MAN!!!! What a great Sunday yesterday!  I don’t know why, but I just felt great about yesterday!

  • We didn’t have to set up and that may be part of it.  It was great to get there and not have to do too much.
  • Nathan knocked it out of the park!  Great job teaching us to build on the rock instead of the sand.  Great visual!  I am thankful Nathan and Katelyn are on our team.  I love teaching but it is good to have a break every now and then.  I am excited about Nathan being added to the teaching rotation.
  • Ric and the band keep getting better and better.  Shelley singing Hosanna!  Yeah!
  • I spoke with a family that were back for the second week and the mom said that her daughter loved Kids Grove and they were back because of that!  That is music to my ears.  God is using Kids Grove in a big way!  Craig has done and awesome job of putting that together.
  • We had a great crowd yesterday and we still had several families out for spring break trips.  I can’t wait to see what the next couple of weeks are like.
  • I saw a lot of new faces yesterday and it was great to see some people back yesterday that had visited recently.  Yeah!
  • I had a busy but great week last week.  I took a couple of days off for Spring Break week.  I took the whole family to Stone Mountain on Wednesday and ran into Troy and Shamrelle O’Connor on top of Stone Mountain!  I traveled to Augusta with my friends Marty, Steve, and Pete for The Masters on Thursday.  I played a round of golf with my brother Butch on Friday.  I worked in the yard and celebrated Jill and Caleb’s birthdays with the family on Saturday.  Whew!
  • I get to hang out with my friend and fellow church planter Steve Whipple today for lunch.  Steve started Church at the Ridge 2 years ago and I look forward to learning from him and picking his brain about a few things today.  Steve’s church is growing like crazy!
  • I continue to look forward to what God is going to do in the coming weeks at CATGrove!  We have some important decisions to make these coming weeks.
