You are the key but not the foundation or the ultimate determinate.
*He is the only foundation.
1 Corinthians 3:11 (NIV)
11 For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.
*Transformational/Servant Leadership is the key to leading.
*Transformation is the goal. We team with people out of a biblical mandate.
2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV)
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
*Servant Leadership is the mode.
Mark 9:35 (NIV)
35 Sitting down, Jesus called the Twelve and said, “If anyone wants to be first, he must be the very last, and the servant of all.”
*Transformational leadership reminds of our purpose while servant leadership reminds us of who we are.
